Crosby's Fund is a local charity for pediatric cancer research at The Wilmot Cancer Center and Golisano Children’s Hospital at The University of Rochester Medical Center, located in Rochester, NY. Named for Crosby Wilmot, the Fund has been established, in close partnership with the Medical Center, to fund pediatric cancer research with a focus on neuroblastoma. This form of childhood cancer, which affects approximately 700 children a year, is particularly aggressive and unpredictable in nature. No child should ever have to face what Crosby faced during his illness. The goal of the Fund is to find more effective treatments for this disease and hopefully one day, a cure.

Crosby was just 13 months old when he was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a cancer of the sympathetic nervous system. In most neuroblastoma cases, at the time of diagnosis, the disease has already spread through the child's body. Crosby fought a brave battle against the disease for 11 months. He passed away on August 4, 2011, just one month shy of his second birthday. Crosby's courage, strength, and spirit have touched us all, and we pledge to work hard in his honor and loving memory to support this research fund.

Please make your donation today and help Crosby leave his little footprint on this world.

With Love, Crosby’s Family
